You have to learn to discipline yourself, even in your best of intention when it comes to speaking, judging or correcting a Man Of God.
Things I do in discipling. In discipling you must be VERY observant. The Greek word for oversight is detailed seeing, not mere counting heads.

Knowing the temptation of a ministry strong on DOCTRINE to breed uncouth folks, lacking good manners, refinement, or grace., who based on knowledge start to talk down on others, I often run tests.
Pastor Anne Gambo and Sister Mojisola Joseph can recall almost 23 years ago now ,when I asked for their views about certain ministers.
They felt free and talked Grandstanding, standoffish and with arrogance; they were upstarts Doctrinally, yet sounding so assuring and vaunting, but what I did to them afterwards will remain etched in their minds forever.
They have since matured and running very responsible ministries today devoid of such youth exuberance.
Another one happened almost 15 years ago today. Pastor Lanre Alonge and some folks visited my house . We were watching another preacher on TV, they voiced their disavowal and acted like the first set.
A usual pattern with upstarts; they know so much and can counsel about ministry etc.
After descending on their souls for acting beyond their capacity and speaking of matters too high for them.
I left them in the harmattan to seek the Lord for hours and repent.
It’s a notorious fact in our ministry that if a Pastor decides to speak about ministers and ministries, you don’t add or contribute to the matter; it’s a litmus test.

Same in the Book of Acts, when the apostles spoke, the others were not talking.
Paul calling for discernment in the Epistles never asked congregants to add their voice; they simply were to be aware and take caution not speak.
ONLY the letters to Timothy and Titus instructed to say or do anything even about false teaching and teachers.
This is a huge lesson.
Even the duty of judging and speaking out wasn’t for all; this is how and what I have applied in discipling for a while now.
It’s not everything that your pastor does that you must do, same as what he says, and that’s basic church training. New testament discipline!
